If you have an iPad you will know how the speaker on it could be a bit better. It’s loud enough for when you have it close to you, but when it’s sitting a fair distance away from you it can be hard to hear it properly. Amplifiear, a Kickstarter project wants to change that by simply creating a simple product which clips on to your iPad. It cups around the speaker of the iPad and directs the sound to the viewer. It’s a great example of simple yet effective design which simply overcomes a problem.
